FutureMinds Summit Thailand (FMST)

The FutureMinds Summit Thailand was the first and inaugural event organized by the Global Youth Network.

Held in Bangkok from July 16–19, 2026, the event brought together over 70 participants from around the world.

Participants took part in engaging sessions, interactive workshops, and team-building activities throughout the program. They also enjoyed a sightseeing tour to Asiatique, where they immersed themselves in the city’s vibrant atmosphere, explored local shops, and experienced a scenic river cruise.

Renowned speakers — most notably H.E. Mr. Salman Pervaiz, Dr. Suman Roy, and Ms. Ashley Blake — were also part of the FutureMinds Summit.

Day 1 began with the opening ceremony, and Day 3 concluded with a cultural performance and certificate distribution.

Day 2

World Got a Problem — Phase A

Delegates chose the SDG they were most passionate about, formed teams, elected a group representative, and identified one significant global problem to solve — with guest speakers and fellows on hand as mentors. An evening sightseeing tour (6:30–9:00 PM) gave the group a chance to unwind and take in Bangkok beyond the summit halls.

Day 3

World Got a Problem — Phase B: Present Your Solution

Each team took the stage for five to six minutes to present their proposed solution to a panel of judges, scored on innovation, relevance to their SDG, feasibility, sustainability, presentation and teamwork.

Day 3 Night

Certificates, "04:04" & Cultural Night

The summit closed with Certificates of Participation and a "04:04 — hear you out" reflection session, followed by the optional Cultural Night: a celebration of unity in diversity with traditional attire, an open dance floor, and a Rabindra Sangeet performance in Japanese, German and English by cultural director Dr. Dipa Das. The event ended with an official group photograph of the whole FMST 26' community.
